All I want for Christmas, Part II

At the top of my list are these gorgeous diamond cuffs (not bracelets!) Yes, it is true, I like bling bling! I am a simple girl though, so of course the one I want is the least expensive; the cuff on the far right, which is only $48,500. The other cuffs range from $63,000 to $128,000.

The description the Neiman Marcus catalog gives is as follows:
"Of course, these aren't the right gifts for everyone. Our exclusive precious jewelry pieces are for those incomparable, irreplaceable women we cannot live without. With these exquisite diamond cuffs, we enter the realm of soul mate, mentor, partner, parent. Like her, each is a unique, once-in-a-lifetime creation."
Well, girls, doesn't that sound like you? "Dear Husband" better have one of these under the tree for each of us!

Well, I did order a pair of shoes from Neiman Marcus once... I suppose that is why we get the catalog. It is a very entertaining read.
No airplanes for sale this year, but you can charter a flight to space. For six people, the cost is only $1,764,000. What a bargain! Maybe I should get that for Andrew this year...

Alright Elliott, now I really want to be your 2nd wife. When Loi and I were in St. Thomas we stopped at a jewlery store to look at all the jewelry we couldn't afford. The man was very nice and insited that I try on a $40,000 diamond bracelet. It was fun but quite frankly seemed like an incredible waste of money. Or maybe that is just what I tell myself... I wonder what it would be like to have that kind of disposable income?
