A little sunshine...

Sophie, originally uploaded by parker family.

She fell yesterday while we were walking on the sidewalk... I actually thought her face would look worse, because she face-planted pretty hard, but what you see, plus a little scratching on her hand is all she endured.

As you can see, it doesn't seem to be affecting her usually sunny disposition!

She is growing like a weed. I recently realized all her 12-18 month clothes were way to short on her, so I got out the 18-24 month clothes, only to find that she fits them perfectly, and they will probably be outgrown before the summer is over. I cried a little at all the cute little 12-18 month summer hand-me-downs from Emma that never got worn (okay, I didn't really cry!), and I am really hoping Sophie holds onto some of her baby fat so we get to see more of it in the summer. That is the biggest problem with cold winters... I don't get to see enough skin!

When I was 1 I fell on my nose as well and had a red nose...my siblings called me rudolf the red nose raindeer! The sad thing is we had professional family photos taken with my red nose :) She's still adorable. Red nose and all
