Elliott and I are on the South Beach Diet at the moment... debating staying on the first phase for only one week and then switching to the Special K diet for another week. I really just want to lose 5 or 6 pounds, and flatten my tummy, but I think that will only be achieved with a severe sit-up routine.
Anyway, here is a little light reading for you... makes me glad I don't eat out too often!

Oh my goodness. Those foods are SO unhealthy! I can't believe the fat content in some of them! Really unbelievable.
Sure glad we don't eat out often either. whew what a lot of calories in that food list!
