Painful

Not my workout (although it was a good one!), just the show choices on TV while I was doing it. I usually work out at night, but lately Sophie has been a bit harder to put to sleep than normal, and by the time I am done putting her to sleep I am ready for bed myself. I really needed a workout though, and so I thought I would put one in this morning... Wow, I don't know how people can stand to watch the morning news shows. They are painfully ridiculous and such a waste of brain power!

Tomorrow I will have to bust out my Pride and Prejudice DVD... now there is a worthy show!

Way to go Ginger! It's one thing when a single guy like me works out all the time, but when a busy mom makes the time in her schedule to get her workouts in, she deserves a big high five!

You are right Ginger-there is NOTHING worth watching in the daytime TV and not much at night either. DVD are the best way to go if you have time for them.

Agreed. It drives me crazy when they have three different morning shows going on at the gym. I just don't find them very motivating. I would much rather watch a Jane Austen movie!

My mom works out to the morning news shows and for the life of me I cannot figure out how she does it. Drivel is the only word I can think to describe it. "News" is certainly not the correct word. Way to go--powering through the morning news. :)

I've been enjoying Northanger Abbey during my morning efforts. Hurray for Jane Austen!
