On the sweetness of motherhood

Sometimes there are things mothers do to their children that the children really enjoy, although they pretend otherwise.

Kissing my boys may just be one of those things.  Why else would the boys agree to this, just to be able to play their Nintendo DS's for one three-hour car ride?

Andrew forgot to write that his contract lasts until his mission too, but I'm holding him to it.  :-D

Love it! Dan used to be that way to and I would have to wait till I tucked him in at night and then grab a kiss real quick!

Haha! Methinks you should frame these and put them up on the wall.
And yes, they do love those kisses.

I need to try this with all three of my big boys. Jonah will occasionally give me permission to kiss his cheek. This is a great idea. :)

hahaha! the little 7 year old i nanny for (have been with him since he was 5 months old!) says I can call him baby and give him kisses on the lips until he is Brets age (my fiance..he is obsessed with bret!), aka 25! might be slllightly inappropriate to be kissing a 25 year old boy on the lips when I will be 44!!

Haha -- that's too cute! I hope you'll frame those notes so they'll remember when they're teenagers!
